Ways to protect yourself:

  • Be alert: Monitor for changes in account details such as phone numbers or email addresses. If you receive a notification about updates that you did not make, call us immediately on 13 13 31.
  • Create strong passwords: Use a unique mix of numbers, letters, and characters.
  • Set up a Trading Code: Go to My Account > My Profile > Password & Trading Code.
  • Secure your information: Keep personal documents in a safe place or properly dispose of those containing sensitive information.

  • Report suspicious activity: Immediately report any suspicious activity on your trading account.
