Changes to the International Markets Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) effective 27 November 2025.

Effective 27 November, the following changes will be made to the T&Cs.

DEFINITIONS

New definition 1.18 (updated subsequent numbers following)

 

1.18 PayTo means the digital payment service operated via the New Payments Platform (NPP) Australia, that enables customers to establish and authorise Payment Agreements with approved merchants or payment initiators.

New definition 1.19 (updated subsequent numbers following)

 

1.19 PayTo Payment Agreement means the agreement you have with Us, where You have pre-authorised recurring payments to be debited from Your nominated Westpac bank account.

9.0 CORPORATE ACTIONS

Added new clause 9.8

9.8 You are not entitled to attend any general meeting or exercise voting rights in relation to any International Securities.

New section 24.0 PayTo Service Agreement (updated subsequent numbers following)

 

24.0 PayTo Service Agreement

24.1 This clause applies to any person or persons named in the application that opts into a PayTo agreement with Us.

24.2 This service is only available to International Market account holders when electing to transfer funds to their International Markets AUD wallet.

a) You must have a valid Westpac bank account, linked as your Funding Account.

b) Your Westpac bank account must be eligible for the PayTo service.
