We’re updating our password requirements

As part of our ongoing commitment to keep your personal information and trading activity safe, we require some customers to update their password to continue accessing the platform.

From 19 December 2025 you will be requested to update your password after you login. It will only take a minute and will help protect your personal information.

New passwords need to:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one special character (excluding < = > ^ { } ' >)
  • Not contain spaces
  • Not contain your username or the word "password"
  • Not be same as your last used password
