Launching today, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is running an Options game to help you learn and sharpen your Options trading skills and give you the chance to win $500.

This educational game simulates real market conditions, allowing you to practice and refine your strategies without any financial risk.

Key dates:

Game starts: Monday 21 October 2024
Game ends: Friday 29 November 2024

The challenge

Participants have just over 5 weeks to maximise their return on $50,000 of virtual cash which can be invested across every Option listed on the exchange – using live prices and brokerage fees to simulate real market conditions.

The prize

Compete against other traders for a place on the leaderboard. The participant with the highest portfolio amount at the end of the competition will be awarded $500 from the ASX.
