Update: Delays to Estimated Settlement calculations

We are aware that the Estimated Settlements calculator may still be displaying incorrect or delayed balances on the website.

To verify your upcoming settlements:

1. Refer to the exact amount and settlement date on each individual confirmation available at Trading > Share Orders > Confirmations.
2. Navigate to My Account > My Portfolio > Holdings & Accounts and select the ‘Transactions’ tab. Here you will see a list of all executed trades and balances. Please note the description detail for debit and credit transactions have changed:

3. If you are experiencing delayed confirmations or are unsure whether your trade has executed, please navigate to Trading > Share Orders > Manage Orders to view your outstanding, cancelled and executed orders.
4. Alternatively, you can contact us. Please note that wait times may be longer than normal.

Important Information: Delays to Estimated Settlement calculations

Please be aware that due to the technology upgrade scheduled for the weekend of Friday 28 March, there will be some delays to the information used by the Estimated Settlements calculator on the website on Monday 31 March and Tuesday 1 April. Note that contra offset settlement will occur as normal for trades executed during this period, and there will be no impact to your settlement obligations. However, there may be a delay to this information being available in the Estimated Settlements calculator.

To verify your upcoming settlements, please check the exact amount and settlement date on each individual confirmation available at Trading > Share Orders > Confirmations. Alternatively, you can contact us on 13 13 31 after 3pm (Sydney time) on Monday 31 March and Tuesday 1 April to confirm your settlement details.

Estimated Settlement Calculations will return to normal on Wednesday 2 April 2025.
