Re-introducing Settlement SMS Notifications

Early September 2021, we introduced SMS notifications to be sent to your preferred mobile number the day before settlement is due (T+1). These notifications are a reminder to ensure you have sufficient funds available in your linked bank account.

We temporarily paused this service while we worked on the feedback we received, and we are glad to announce that this service will shortly be re-activated.

From next week, you will automatically be opted in to this service. This will help you manage your upcoming settlement/s by sending you a friendly reminder via SMS when you have a settlement due. This also considers contra so you don’t need to calculate the offset amount.

We will remind you the day before settlement is due (T+1) to ensure you have funds in your bank account on settlement day (T+2).
